Testimonials

"Colleen was my daughter Shannon’s  coach through out her skating career of 9 years.  Shannon achieved her goal of passing her free style gold test on the morning before returning to her college sophomore year.

Colleen always instilled self confidence and truly cared about Shannon’s development on and off the ice. Colleen coached Shannon with solid technique, consistency and above all kindness."

"I practiced with Colleen for about twelve years for a reason: she is a fantastic coach with a huge heart and an incredible passion for what she does. Her love for skating and years of expertise is something that you can’t find anywhere else.

Having Colleen as a coach gave me a huge advantage as a competitive skater. She knows a lot about music and is excellent at cutting it seamlessly. She was also always up to date on the seemingly ever-changing competition rules, which helped me feel more confident at events. Colleen is also super organized and will help you navigate confusing competition environments.

She also helped me a lot with my jumps, had unique ideas for spins, and her encouragement improved my confidence as a skater. Colleen is such a sweet person, and she made practice even more fun. I am so grateful to have had her as a coach."

"My daughter has worked with Colleen for over five years and she has had a wonderful experience.  I credit Colleen for my daughter's love of skating.  Colleen brings a positive and nurturing attitude to her coaching, along with a wealth of skating experience.  She has made skating fun and exciting even as skills and moves become increasingly difficult."
